New Year’s resolutions 2024: empty words or long-term goals?

How to correctly set new year goals and achieve them?

It must be important to you, and it must be aligned with your values. Ask yourself: did you choose this goal because you really want to achieve it, or because it is currently trending? Are your personal interests taken into account?
Step 2. Create a plan and set deadlines.

Break your goal down into smaller tasks with specific deadlines and list them. Show willpower and perform them consistently. This will help you track your progress and provide a sense of accomplishment at each stage.

Step 3. Create a support system.

Find people who will support you in achieving the goal, be it friends, family or professional mentors. They can offer moral support or advice in a difficult situation.
Step 4. Be prepared for change.

Remember that goals may change over time, and that’s okay. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances are key to long-term success.
